 ‘After we went to a conventional gym for a few months and not really having any idea what we were doing. We were unhappy with our progress and started to feel a bit discouraged. This is when we decided to look towards Earned Fitness and the CrossFit world. It didn’t take long for us to realize that this is exactly what we needed. It was a bit overwhelming at first and we were not sure if we were cut out for this type of exercise, but with the support and commitment from the coaches we quickly adapted to it. We love the community environment that Earned Fitness supports and strives to promote no matter your physical condition or age.

Since joining we have noticed a considerable change in our lives in both health and confidence. Whether that it is lasting longer on the rower, getting deeper in a squat, or just giving that lift a try to see what you can do. With the support of the coaches and fellow members we have pushed beyond more than what we could have ever expected. Over the last year we have reached some personal goals (and then some) and participated in some activities we would have never considered. Since joining there have been new friendships made and some friends we have reconnected with. We are confident that if we continue to work hard with the support of Earned Fitness and their members that this is just the tip of the iceberg for us.  We look forward to and embrace the challenges Earned Fitness has for us, we know that with their support we can achieve anything we want.

 “Just returned from my first class at Earned Fitness, and it kicked my butt (In a good way). Alan was lovely and helped me with some modifications to cater to an old knee injury, and he took time to watch and correct my form.

I like that this class challenged me without being a one size fits all concept. The workouts Alan planned are easily adjustable to each persons unique fitness level, physical ability, and goals.

Being new to an established gym or fitness class can be daunting, but Alan was thoughtful enough to introduce me to everyone before class started. Everyone was quite friendly and encouraging, and I felt very welcomed. It’s easy to tell this is a great community and I definitely look forward to attending more classes!
